1. Services Provided

  • All services (including social media management, paid advertising, content creation, and branding) are customised to each client.

  • Due to the nature of our work, completed services are non-refundable.

 

2. Deposits and Upfront Payments

  • Deposits or upfront payments made to secure a project or service are non-refundable, as they cover initial planning and resource allocation.

 

3. Cancellations

  • If a client wishes to cancel an ongoing service, written notice must be provided.

  • Depending on the stage of the project, partial refunds may be considered for unused service time, at our discretion.

  • Any work already completed up to the cancellation date remains payable in full.

 

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in rare cases where:

  • Services were not delivered as agreed in writing.

  • A technical or administrative error was made on our part.

 

5. Third-Party Costs

  • Payments made directly to third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, software subscriptions) are not covered by Marketing Control and are non-refundable.
